Johann Sebastian Bach (AFI [ʝoˌɦan zɛˌbasti̯am ˈbax]) (Eisenach, Turíngia, Sacre Imperi Romanogermànic, 21 de març de 1685 - Leipzig, Sacre Imperi Romanogermànic, 28 de juliol de 1750) fou un organista i compositor de música barroca, membre de la família de músics més extraordinària de la història, amb uns 120 músics.

Herbert von Karajan (1908-1989) conducts the Berlin Philharmonic in this 1966 performance of the third movement (Allegro assai) of Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 in F major, BWV 1047. I created this video from the LP depicted in the video above, entitled "Brandenburgilche Konzerte, Orchestersuiten 2 und 3," and issued by Deutsche Grammophon, serial number 138976/78. The black and white images of Bach and von Karajan, as well as those of the printed text, are taken from the booklet that is included in the boxed set.
