Polish pianists Jan Hoffman, Zbignew Drzewiecki and Jan Ekier are soloists in this recording, which I believe dates to 1950, of the Bach C major concerto for three pianos and orchestra, BWV 1064. Stanislaw Wislocki leads the Warsaw Philharmonic. From the LP you see above, issued in 1969 on the MHS label, MHS 1002.
