Johann Sebastian Bach (1685eko martxoaren 31greg./martxoaren 21ajul. - 1750eko uztailaren 28a) Aro barrokoko konpositore eta organista alemaniarra izan zen, historian izan den musikari familia onenetariko baten kidea. Inoiz izan den konpositore handienetariko bat bezala hartzen da askotan; ez bere lanen edertasunagatik bakarrik, baita kopuruagatik ere. Hortaz, inspirazio iturri bihurtu da hainbat musikarirentzat, hasi Mozartetik Schoenbergera.
